Referee Manager is in a small, invitation-only beta. We aim to collect only the information needed to provide and improve the service.

Public website

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party runtime scripts.

Beta service

Invited testers may provide identity and contact details, fixture and officiating information, preparation, travel and review information, feedback, and credentials they authorise for integrations. Operational logs may record security and reliability events. Dormant legacy expense and PPS-related data is retained without active use until separately approved deletion.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the match-day workflow, secure accounts, provide support and improve the beta. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Your choices

Beta users can ask for access, correction, or an authenticated portable export. When the authenticated self-service deletion capability is enabled for the beta, it offers that export first, then promptly removes active account data, attachments, sessions, jobs, and encrypted secrets. The application retains no deletion tombstone. Encrypted backup copies expire under the approved retention of 30 daily and 12 monthly copies; incident and security logs follow their separately stated retention. Retention and provider details will be confirmed in the full beta notice before invitations are issued.
